TreeRise was founded by Owm Chowdhury with a clear goal: to turn concern for the environment into real, measurable action. It started from a simple belief that meaningful change doesn’t require large organizations or perfect conditions—just consistent effort and accountability. What began as a personal initiative has grown into TreeRise, a project focused on planting trees and building a long-term commitment to environmental restoration.

We aim to grow TreeRise into a platform where environmental action is combined with real-world impact that people can see, trust, and be part of.

Our Mission

Our mission is to plant trees, track progress transparently, and scale our impact over time. TreeRise is built on accountability and action. In addition to environmental work, 15% of all funds raised are dedicated to supporting cancer research, disability care, and mental health initiatives, ensuring that our impact extends beyond the environment and into human wellbeing.
